Forensic Engineer and Marine Surveyor John Radcliffe was recently invited to speak on the loss prevention panel at this years Safety4Sea London Forum event held at the Hellenic Centre on Wednesday 12th February.  The event focused on safety, and green challenges for shipping, with discussions touching upon emission reduction measures, as well as safety of seafarers and navigation.

Our presentation focused on mega-box ship casualties from a surveyor's perspective, looking at the implications and lessons learned from previous container ship casualties, followed by a very interesting panel discussion alongisde my fellow presenters John Dolan, The Standard P&I Club and Mark Bull, Trafalgar Navigation on the topic of loss prevention.
