Marine Engineer Tony Saleh based in our U.K. office in Liverpool provided expert assistance to a leading London based law firm following a General Average (GA) dispute.  The dispute was in relation to a casualty incident that occurred when the vessel in question lost control of steering after leaving a port in North America destined for Europe.

Tony advised on the relevant disclosure documentation required in order to mitigate our clients losses and following Tony's substantial input, the case was successfully agreed at mediation in favour of our client's whose feedback was extremely positive:
